Bev | Customer Care
Bev brings a wealth of experience to the Customer Care Team, having worked extensively in both the healthcare and insurance sectors. Prior to joining the veterinary world, Bev was the friendly face on the reception desk of the busy Emergency Department at Gawler Hospital. She also worked as a Medical Typist for specialists at Modbury and Lyell McEwin Hospitals, where she mastered the art of deciphering various accents via dictaphone. Her earlier roles in the Worker’s Compensation field included everything from account payments to clinical coding and case management.
With a lifelong love for animals, Bev couldn’t imagine life without a pet. She’s now combining her passion for excellent customer service with her love of animals, enjoying the opportunity to meet and support both clients and their furry (and scaly!) companions each day.
At home, Bev lives with her partner Anthony, her adult son Jacob, and their beloved pets: two English Staffies (Randy and Hamish), a very vocal rescue Ragdoll cat named Pita and a bearded dragon called Greg. Outside of work, Bev enjoys gardening, catching up with friends, and making cherished memories with her three grandsons.
