Dr Bec – Veterinarian
Bec joined the Gawler Animal Hospital team at the start of 2025. She grew up in Adelaide and graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2018. After gaining valuable experience in general practice in North Adelaide, she discovered a passion for surgery and internal medicine. Bec understands the special bond between pets and their owners and strives to provide the highest level of care, making sure pet parents feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.
Bec and her partner Jake recently moved to a property outside of Gawler, enjoying the taste of country living. At home, they share their life with their black Labrador Herb. In her spare time, Bec and Herb volunteer with the South Australian State Emergency Service as part of the Dog Operations Unit, where they are trained to assist in locating missing persons.
