Beyond Basics – Level 2 is designed for dogs who have completed Puppy Primary within the past 18 months. This practical course builds on those foundations, helping you put your dog’s skills into practice in everyday situations.

Over six weeks, you’ll work on strengthening your dog’s focus and building reliable responses, even when there are distractions. You’ll practise skills such as sit, stay, recall and loose-lead walking, with real-life activities including a mock café visit and learning to remain calm around parks and sporting environments.

We’ll also introduce cooperative care, including permission cues, to help your dog feel more comfortable and confident during future veterinary and grooming visits.

With small class sizes and guidance from our qualified trainers, you’ll learn positive, reward-based techniques tailored to help you and your dog succeed. It’s a great opportunity to build on your dog’s early learning, strengthen your relationship and develop skills you can use together every day.
