Odette – Customer Care Team Member
Odette brings a wealth of experience to our Customer Care team, having worked in the veterinary industry for many years. She previously trained as a veterinary nurse and worked in the equine industry and with small animals. With over 40 years of experience in retail, Odette has a natural ability to connect with people and provide exceptional service.
After briefly trying retirement, Odette realised it wasn’t for her. As luck would have it, she found a part time role as a veterinary receptionist locally, which soon led to her joining the Customer Care team here at Gawler Animal Hospital. She loves all animals and genuinely enjoys helping people, making her a valued and friendly presence for our clients.
At home, Odette lives with her husband Shane, their nine quail, and a little Maltese cross named Lucky. She has a son and daughter and three grandchildren. Outside of work, Odette enjoys quilting, crafting, gardening, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
