Holly – Vet Nurse
Holly has been working in the veterinary industry since 2019 and recently completed a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing at TAFE. She joined the Gawler Animal Hospital team in March 2022 and has become known as our pocket rocket thanks to her energy, enthusiasm and love of learning.
Animals have always been a passion for Holly, so choosing a career in the veterinary field was an easy decision. While completing work experience at another clinic she fell in love with a three legged kitten who she later adopted and named Kevin Bacon. Caring for him confirmed that veterinary nursing was exactly where she wanted to be and inspired her to pursue this career.
At home, Holly shares life with her much loved pets, including the family turtle Tupac and three cats April, Sooty and Kevin Bacon.
Outside of work, Holly enjoys roller skating, dancing, hiking and taking Kevin Bacon and Sooty out for adventures. She also loves spending time with friends.
