Chloe – Veterinary Nurse and Team Leader
Chloe began studying veterinary nursing straight after finishing school in 2019, knowing from a young age that working with animals and advocating for their wellbeing was where she belonged. She spent four years at her previous clinic as a trainee nurse, building a strong foundation of knowledge, particularly in reproduction. During this time she also fostered many kittens and cats and once cared for twelve kittens at different life stages all at once.
Growing up, Chloe was very sporty and played a lot of netball. Summer was spent playing socially, while winter saw her competing more seriously in both country and city competitions. Her netball career came to an early end when she ruptured her ACL, and after further injuries she decided it was time to retire from the sport. She later discovered a love for strength training and is now an enthusiastic gym goer.
At home, Chloe lives with a lively crew of pets, including three cats, Saber, George and Bindi, as well as her much loved dog Milo who is her constant companion. Chloe joined Gawler Animal Hospital in 2023 and enjoys every part of her role from patient care and surgery to assisting in consultations.
