Jemma – Customer Care
Jemma brings a healthcare background to the Customer Care team, with qualifications including a Certificate III in Individual Support and a Diploma in Human Nursing. Prior to joining the veterinary industry, she worked in radiology, medical reception, learning and development training, and the aged and disability care sector.
Jemma joined the team to expand her healthcare knowledge into the veterinary field, combining her passion for helping people with her lifelong love of animals. She has a particular soft spot for dogs.
At home, Jemma shares a busy blended family life with her fiancé David, her daughter, and David’s three children. Their household also includes two poodles, Ted and Tilly, around 40 chickens, two ducks, and a rabbit.
Outside of work, Jemma enjoys supporting the children’s sports activities, gardening, home renovations, and spending quality time with family. When she can find a quiet moment, she also loves reading and colouring
