Customer Care
Helen joined us this year as a casual member of the customer care team. She loves meeting new pets and their owners and brings a wealth of customer service and admin experience to the team. Helen started out as a chef then qualified in hospitality management in the UK.
Helen moved to South Australia in 2011 and worked in the Not for Profit sector before moving into the veterinary industry in 2018.
Outside of work, Helen and husband Gary live in an old blue stone, here in Gawler, and when not renovating their property Helen likes to spend time growing veggies and fruit in the garden. Helen has two black cats – Nigel and Suzy and Barkley, an active Westie X who goes everywhere with them! Helen’s interest in food and gardening has extended to a part time role at the Barossa Farmers Market where she loves to trade home grown produce with stallholders. In her spare time, Helen and Gary enjoy weekends away, eating out and visiting wineries with friends.
